Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain in both Western and traditional Chinese medicine; 2) Right-handed aged between 18 and 70; 3) No other treatments related to low back pain have been received in the past month. 4) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) =3 points Modified Japanese Orthopaedic Association Low Back Pain Score (M-JOA) > 10 points; 5) The subjects were conscious and could correctly express the moxibustion sensation. On the basis of a full understanding of this trial the subjects expressed their willingness to participate and signed the informed consent form at the same time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with low back pain lasting less than 12 weeks; 2) Those with clear pathological changes such as infection tumor tuberculosis deformity lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion nerve root syndrome or cauda equina syndrome fracture severe osteoporosis etc. Those with obvious symptoms of spinal cord compression or nerve root injury; 3) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases liver and kidney diseases lung diseases and hematopoietic system diseases and those with mental illness; 4) Pregnant and lactating women; There are serious underlying diseases: such as immune deficiency blood system diseases malignant tumors infectious diseases etc. 5) Those who experience fainting moxibustion or reject heat-sensitive moxibustion.
