Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1Be willing to participate in research 2 Aged 18 or above; 3No allergy to Rosemary and bergamot essential oils; 4The presence of anxiety was determined by the Spielberg State Anxiety Inventory (20-80) acquired score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Have respiratory system diseases such as asthma; 2. Allergic reactions to essential oils; 3. Currently taking anti-anxiety medication.
