Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Age >= 18 years and <= 80 years; 4. BMI <= 25; 5. Cardiac function I-II grade normal or mild-to-moderate pulmonary dysfunction; 6. Signed informed consent and guaranteed trial compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Massive bleeding during the operation; 2. Widespread adhesions in the thoracic cavity during the operation; 3. Changes in the surgical approach (such as converting to thoracotomy not performing lung resection); 4. Surgery duration > 3 hours; 5. Switch to endotracheal intubation anesthesia; 6. Mental disorders and cognitive dysfunction; 7. Previous history of lung surgery and chronic pain; 8. Those who have been using analgesics for a long time; 9. Patients with atrial fibrillation.
