Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with damp-heat syndrome and cold-dampness syndrome who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis ankylosing spondylitis rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis; 2. Age: 18 to 75 years old; 3. Good compliance and no history of allergy to traditional Chinese medicine drugs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 75 years old; 2. Incomplete clinical data non-cooperation with follow-up and loss to follow-up; 3. There are severe diseases of the cardiovascular liver kidney hematopoietic system and severe extrarticular lesions such as persistent high fever renal amyloidosis central nervous system vasculitis etc. 4. Mental illness 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
