Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for herniated lumbar disk as assessed by CT or MRI and physical examination; (2) Being in the chronic phase of herniated lumbar disk; (3) Presence of low back pain symptoms; (4) Aged 18-75 years old; (5) Can use smartphone proficiently; (6) No hearing impairment and able to learn guided movements; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Low back pain caused by other diseases such as lumbar muscle strain sprain and urological diseases; (2) Combined lumbar spinal stenosis lumbar spondylolisthesis lumbar spinal tuberculosis lumbar spinal tumour and other related bone and joint diseases; (3) Participated in other Chinese medicine exercise therapy training (e.g. Yi Jin Jing Wu Qin Xi Liu Zi Jue etc.) in the last 3 months; (4) Combined with serious heart liver spleen kidney and other functional disorders autoimmune diseases malignant tumours and other serious primary diseases or unstable conditions.
