Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Medical Association's 2023 Guidelines for Integrative Medicine and Western Medicine Treatment of Depression; (ii) Age 45-75 years old; (iii) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) somatic diseases with secondary depressive disorders; (ii) known alcoholism or substance dependence; (iii) non-depressive psychosis clinically diagnosed by Western medicine; (iv) severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (v) pregnant and lactating women.
