Age
20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) People who meet the diagnostic criteria for overactive bladder and are diagnosed with overactive bladder;(2) female;(3) age 20-80 years old;(4) medical history =3 months;(5) voluntarily sign the informed consent form. Note: Only patients who meet the above 5 items can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patient with acute urinary tract infection;(2) History of obstructive urinary tract such as urinary stones urinary tumors;(3) History of cystocele uterine prolapse rectocele or similar conditions;(4) History of urethral or bladder surgery;(5) Taking drugs that treat overactive bladder or may affect lower urinary tract function in the past 1 month or receiving non-pharmacological therapy to treat overactive bladder (Electrical stimulation bladder training pelvic floor muscle training etc.);(6) Uncontrolled diabetes and severe hypertension;(7) Diseases that affect lower urinary tract function such as multiple sclerosis Alzheimer's disease Parkinson's disease spinal cord injury cauda equina nerve injury multiple system atrophy etc.;(8) Accompanied by severe heart lung brain liver kidney mental diseases coagulation dysfunction or significant cognitive dysfunction;(9) Walking running or going up and down stairs with limited mobility;(10) Patients with local skin damage or temperature sensing disturbance after operation patients with severe yin deficiency and excessive heat syndrome and those who are allergic to ginger juice and mugwort smoke. Note: All patients who meet any one of the above items will be excluded.
