Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: All patients meet the diagnostic criteria for mixed hemorrhoids and internal hemorrhoids at grade III-IV upon admission 2: Age (20-70 years old) and complete clinical data 3: In our hospital mixed hemorrhoid external dissection and internal ligation+internal hemorrhoid ligation surgery were performed under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia and the surgical wound was open 4: The patient routinely uses painkillers of the same specifications and dosage after surgery 5: The patient agrees to be included in this study and signs an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with unclear diagnosis and staging or combined history of previous anal surgery 2: Patients with other anal diseases such as rectal tumors rectal polyps acute and chronic intestinal inflammation perianal abscess anal fistula etc 3: Patients with severe underlying diseases including cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney lung hematological endocrine systems etc 4: Combined with diseases such as tumors tuberculosis neurological and psychiatric disorders infectious diseases congenital malformations pathological fractures rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis 5: Patients with incomplete routine examinations such as blood urine stool liver and kidney function coagulation function infectious disease screening chest CT electrocardiogram etc. upon admission 6: Unable to cooperate with researchers due to mental illness 7: Individuals who are allergic to a known traditional Chinese medicine ingredient or have an allergic constitution
