45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Definite diagnosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma by pathology or cytology; (2) Age 45-75 years old; (3) Good general condition ECOG score of 0-2 and expected survival greater than 6 months; (4) No previous systemic treatment including surgery radiotherapy targeted and immunotherapy; (5) Those who underwent standardized tongue image collection; (6) Blood routine liver and kidney function electrocardiogram are basically normal; (7) Understand and agree to accept the information and specimen collection related to this program and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating patients; (2) Comorbidities with tumors of other sites organic diseases acute oral infections HBV and HCV diseases; (3) History of diarrhea or infectious diseases within 4 weeks before collection of flora; (4) Use of antibiotics PPI or other acid-suppressing drugs hormones drugs related to the regulation of intestinal flora etc. within 4 weeks before the collection of flora. (4) Use of antibiotics PPI or other acid-suppressing drugs hormones or drugs related to the regulation of intestinal flora within 4 weeks before collection of flora (5) Consumption of food or medication that affects the color of the tongue prior to the collection of the tongue image; (6) Patients with mental illness.
