clinical trial group:Intervention: Acupuncture at bilateral ST36 (20-30 mm depth, 0.25×50 mm needles) with lifting/rotating techniques and moxibustion (30 mins, 18×200 mm moxa sticks). Performed twice

45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy volunteers aged 45-70 regardless of gender; (2) The patient has normal cognitive function no communication barriers no serious underlying diseases or mental illnesses; (3) Volunteer to participate in the project and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous severe coagulation dysfunction combined with severe cardiovascular liver kidney dysfunction and other organ diseases or severe physical or mental disorders symptoms; (2) Patients who have received medication or non medication treatment within the past 4 weeks that may affect the results of this study; (3) Patients with local skin infections allergies or diseases around acupoints; (4) In the past there have been contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment such as dizziness; (5) Volunteers who have participated in other clinical trials.
