18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be between the ages of 18 and 70; (2) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for insomnia adopted in this study; (3) Meeting the Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for insomnia adopted by this study; (4) PSQI score > 7; (5) Not taking insomnia medication in the last 1 month; (6) Have a clear mind normal intelligence and be able to fill in the scale independently and co-operate with the treatment; (7) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with serious diseases of other systems such as serious heart brain liver kidney digestive haematological and endocrine system diseases or malignant tumours; (2) Patients diagnosed with severe mental illness; (3) Patients who are preparing for pregnancy pregnant or breastfeeding; (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials during the same period.
