Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-spine X-ray or EOS measurement indicating a Cobb angle of 10°–25° with no identifiable cause and a diagnosis of idiopathic scoliosis. 2.Age between 10 and 17 years with no gender restrictions. 3.The apex of the spinal curve located at T7 or a more below level. No history of surgical treatment or prior conservative treatment for scoliosis. 4.Willingness to participate voluntarily after a detailed explanation of the study procedures with written informed consent signed by both the participant and their guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of congenital or secondary scoliosis vertebral dysplasia or neuromuscular diseases causing scoliosis. 2.Presence of a true leg length discrepancy exceeding 2 cm. 3.Presence of severe primary or organic diseases such as those affecting the cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney or hematopoietic systems. 4.Mental illness or psychological conditions that prevent cooperation with the study procedures. 5.Prior participation in other clinical trials or receipt of treatments that could interfere with the study results. 6.More than two years since menarche or complete ossification of the growth plates marks the end of the growth and development period.
