Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged between 18 and 60 years old; 2: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for abdominal obesity; 3: Consciously having mild or moderate sleep quality problems (such as having symptoms like sleep duration less than 6 hours waking up frequently more than 3 times at night feeling fatigued and having inattentiveness during the day etc.) or having a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score of 6-11 points. 4: Those who sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept the intervention methods of this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with insomnia disorders who have other diseases that have not been effectively controlled or are extremely severe such as persistent pain caused by various reasons malignant tumors cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases neuroendocrine diseases neuromuscular diseases and digestive tract diseases etc. 2: Patients who have mental illnesses or cognitive impairments and are unable to cooperate with medical staff in continuing the investigation and research. 3: Patients who are severely dependent on alcohol sleeping medications and psychiatric medications; 4: Patients with local skin damage at the operation site or those with temperature sensory disorders patients with severe yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome and those with excessive heat syndrome as well as those who are allergic to ginger juice and moxa smoke. 5: Patients who cannot tolerate moxibustion-related therapies. 6: Pregnant and lactating patients; 7: Patients who are engaged in shift work and have irregular working hours; 8: Patients who have taken other medications that affect sleep within 2 weeks before being enrolled in the study.
