Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age over 60 years old; 2) Screened as MCI patients by the scale; 3) Capable of walking independently for more than 5 minutes; 4) Have a sedentary lifestyle in daily life (excluding those with regular exercise habits regular exercise habits refer to planned and systematic physical activities of at least 3 days/week 30 minutes/day and moderate intensity lasting for at least 3 months); 5) Self-report having certain hearing and visual abilities; 6) Obtain informed consent from the patient and their family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Comorbid with other mental disorders (including major depressive disorder mental retardation bipolar disorder); 2) Comorbid with other neurological disorders; 3) Having neurological or orthopedic comorbidities that prevent (safe) resistance training (such as severe joint pain osteoporosis); 4) Contraindications for aerobic exercise; 5) Using beta-blockers and/or antipsychotic drugs; 6) Currently participating in another intervention treatment. 7) Patients with severe primary diseases malignant tumors and serious complications; 8) Patients with physical activity disorders.
