Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. For Patients: 1) Diagnosed with post-infectious bronchiolitis obliterans (PIBO) by a physician. Based on the Clinical Symptom Severity Scale developed by Chen Xiaowen et al., severity is categorized as: Mild (0–9 points), Moderate (10–18 points), and Severe (19–27 points). Only mild-to-moderate cases are included. 2) Aged 7–14 years. 3) Conscious, mentally clear, and capable of understanding and cooperating with breathing training. 2. For Caregivers: 1) Parents or primary caregivers of children diagnosed with PIBO. 2) Able to accompany the child during both hospitalization and home care phases. 3) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. For Patients: 1) Presence of cardiac diseases or other major organ diseases. 2) Hospitalization due to recurrent acute infections during the 3-month home-based training period (re-enrollment may be considered after clinical stabilization). 2. For Caregivers: 1) Caregivers with psychiatric or psychological disorders, intellectual disabilities, or unwillingness to cooperate.
