Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It meets the diagnostic criteria for quadriceps femoris strain in both traditional Chinese medicine and Western; 2) Age: 18 to 50 years old gender not limited; 3) The degree of pain on the Visual Pain Scale (NRS) is =4 points or above; 4) Sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Oral or topical pain-relieving drugs, such as loxoprofen sodium Capsules or diclofenac Sodium gel, were administered 7 days before enrollment. 2) Acute muscle pain caused by diseases such as trauma or fractures; 3) Severe acute or chronic organic diseases or mental disorders, coagulation dysfunction, metal allergy or needle phobia, pregnant women or lactating women.
