Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of metabolism-related fatty liver disease in Chinese and western medicine; 2 Age =18 years and =65 years gender is not limited; 3 Understand agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Alcohol consumption equivalent to ethanol >140g per week (equivalent to 2.5 taels of 56-degree white wine) for men and >70g per week (equivalent to 1.25 taels of 56-degree white wine) for women; and alcohol consumption for >5 years; 2 Patients with viral hepatitis drug-induced liver disease total parenteral nutrition and hepatomegaly; 3 those who add other herbal liver protection and enzyme-lowering drugs (e.g. Yi Liver Ling Liver Protecting Tablets Dang Fei Li Liver Ning Capsules etc.) and the time of discontinuation is 3 x ULN and creatinine (Cr) >1.5 x ULN; 9 Patients who are allergic to Yinlian Yueju Granules or the constituents thereof.
