Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sepsis as defined in the Sepsis-3 consensus (The Third International Consensus Definitions for Sepsis and Septic Shock); (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal dysfunction (Grade II-III); (3) Age =18 years; (4) Written informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal guardian for receiving Longsha Kaihe Six-Qi Acupuncture combined with electrostimulation gastrointestinal pacing therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for sepsis or GD grade II-III classification; (2) Mental disorders pregnant or lactating women; (3) Mental disorders pregnant or lactating women; (4) ICU hospitalization duration less than 3 days; (5) Age under 18 years; (6) History of esophageal gastric or intestinal medical/surgical diseases or primary gastrointestinal injuries; (7) Patients or their families refusing Longsha Kaihe Liuzhi acupuncture method with electrical stimulation for gastrointestinal pacing therapy.
