Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Patients meeting endoscopic and pathological diagnostic criteria for colorectal polyps. Age 18–80 years male or female. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation: intestinal dampness-heat syndrome or spleen deficiency with dampness retention syndrome. Adequate bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale score of 2–3 across all colon segments). Willingness to sign informed consent and complete questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Severe cardiovascular cerebrovascular pulmonary hepatic or renal comorbidities. Colorectal malignancy (including early-stage cancer). Pregnancy. Psychiatric disorders affecting compliance. Active inflammatory bowel disease. Uncontrolled systemic malignancies.
