Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria Established according to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Spinal Disorders in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Scoliosis Research Society standards: 1) Adolescents aged 10-18 without serious congenital disorders or trauma history; 2) Signs: Spinal lateral curvature uneven shoulder/scapular or iliac crest height asymmetrical paraspinal muscles; 3) Positive Adams forward bend test; 4) Radiographic confirmation: Standing whole-spine AP X-ray showing Cobb angle =10°; 5) Accompanied by localized pain/discomfort. Inclusion criteria 1. Meeting the above diagnostic criteria with 10°=Cobb angle<45°; 2. Aged 10-18 years gender unrestricted; 3. Signed informed consent and capable of follow-up compliance; 4. Willing to receive study treatments and undergo X-ray examinations for Cobb angle ATR angle VAS score SRS-22 score and pulmonary function measurements; 5. No prior surgical treatment and no additional therapies during the study period; 6. Able to complete weekly training sessions and adhere to prescribed behavioral requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases not meeting the above diagnostic criteria with Cobb angle >45° or clear surgical indications unsuitable for non-surgical treatment; 2) Severe progression of scoliosis affecting cardiopulmonary function or requiring immediate surgical correction; 3) Congenital spinal deformity or conditions such as spondylolisthesis tumors tuberculosis fractures etc. that cannot tolerate spinal stress therapy; 4) Patients who have undergone spinal corrective surgery; 5) Comorbidities with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular pulmonary renal or hematopoietic system disorders rheumatism or neuromuscular diseases; 6) Patients with skin diseases or skin ulcers hindering manual manipulation; 7) Patients with mental illnesses or psychological disorders exhibiting poor clinical compliance; 8) Patients who fail to adhere to the prescribed treatment or have incomplete data affecting efficacy evaluation.
