Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy: voluntarily sign informed consent; Age 18-45 years old; According to the Expert Consensus on the Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical radiculopathy typical symptoms of root compression X-ray or CT examination showed changes of cervical disc herniation such as cervical joint hyperplasia vertebral space stenosis etc. MRI showed positive nerve root compression brachial plexus pull test or foraminal test and the patient was diagnosed as cervical radiculopathy. No recent inflammation and infection and no different types of arthritis; Willing to participate in this study. Healthy subjects: sign informed consent voluntarily; Age 18-45 years old; Healthy subjects were judged by the Expert Consensus on Management of Healthy Subjects/Participants in Phase I /BE clinical Trials; Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects of Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy: patients with myelopathy liver and kidney diseases cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and respiratory diseases; Patients with blood disease diabetes autoimmune disease tumor disease; Patients with other types of cervical spondylosis; Accompanied by mental illness or cognitive impairment; Combined with cervical spinal stenosis; Rule out other types of disease manifested by upper limb pain; Subjects judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study. Healthy subjects: with psychiatric or cognitive impairment; Subjects judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
