Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the KOA diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Medical Association's Osteoarthritis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines and meet the KL grading = grade III; 2) Have a clear TCM diagnosis; 3) Subjects' age range =38 years (American College of Rheumatology 1986 edition criteria); 4) A 14-day washout period for those who had received other therapies; 5) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with localized tuberculosis tumor rheumatoid as well as rheumatoid arthritis of the knee joint; 2) those with broken knee skin or other diseases that affect the local treatment; 3) Those who have received hormone therapy arthritic injections into the knee joint or arthroscopy within the last 2 months; 4) Those who are participating or preparing to participate in other clinical trials; 5) Those who are assessed by the researcher to be vulnerable to loss of visits in the context of the patient's actual condition.
