60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with MCI according to the diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment as outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2018 edition); 3.Clear consciousness possessing basic communication skills and able to cooperate with the study; 4.No regular exercise habits; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe mental illness or organic mental disorders as well as other central nervous system diseases leading to cognitive impairment; 2.Comorbid severe organic heart disease malignant arrhythmia malignant tumors liver or kidney failure and other diseases; 3.Already diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia; 4.Participants currently enrolled in other clinical trials.
