Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 118/10000 118/100001) 2)=40=603)=75cm//=0.45/=0.784)35) 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for women with heart type body fat distribution during perimenopause; 2) Age = 40 to = 60 years old; 3) Waist circumference = 75cm and/or waist circumference/height = 0.45 and/or waist to hip ratio = 0.78; 4) Patients who have not undergone weight loss within 3 months; 5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals under 40 or over 60 years old; 2) Secondary obesity: hypothalamic syndrome pituitary adenoma Cushing's syndrome hypothyroidism insulinoma polycystic ovary syndrome; 3) Uterine or ovarian malformations or after hysterectomy or oophorectomy as well as during pregnancy or lactation; 4) Patients with hyperthyroidism diabetes malignant tumor heart liver kidney hematopoietic system and psychosis; 5) Poor compliance and other situations that are not suitable for meridian therapy.
