Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with a clear history of type 2 diabetes mellitus with a disease duration of =10 years and EMG consistent with the IWGDF diagnosis of diabetic high-risk foot; (2) those who met the above diagnostic criteria for Western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine evidence; (3) those who were aged =60 years and had no wounds or skin diseases on both lower limbs; and (4) patients who gave informed consent to the study and had signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by other reasons; (2) patients with acute diseases such as acute cerebral hemorrhage; (3) patients with mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment and patients with infectious diseases; (4) patients with cardiac pacemakers and metal implants in the body; (5) pregnant women; (6) patients who are allergic to the traditional Chinese medicine components in the directional transdermal medicines used and those who have severe allergies; (7) patients with a tendency to hemorrhage and bleeding disorders; and (8) patients who have a tendency to hemorrhage and bleeding disorders. (7) Patients with bleeding tendency and bleeding disorders.
