18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for KOA established by the American College of Rheumatology; 2) The diseased joint is unilateral and at the same time the duration of the disease is within 3 years; 3)No KOA-related therapeutic intervention within 1 month before treatment; 4)Can cooperate with history taking; 5) Sign the informed consent form and participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Acute exacerbation of osteoarthritis of the knee joint or the presence of infection; 2) those who meet the contraindications of Wentong Tendon Tapping Jar (e.g. broken skin surface halo moxibustion infectious diseases high fever coma convulsions patients etc.); 3) Combined organ failure (e.g. serious abnormalities of liver function and kidney function); 4) Combined with rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis; 5) Congenital dysplasia of knee joint; 6) Pregnant and lactating women.
