Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Female, aged 45-55 years old, conforming to the physiological stage of perimenopause. (ii) Diagnostic criteria: meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopausal insomnia (e.g., PSQI score = 7). Disease duration requirement: insomnia symptoms lasted for at least 3 months. 3)Informed consent: voluntary participation and signing of informed consent. 4)No auricular pressure bean or music therapy in the last 1 month; no hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or sedative and sleeping drugs in the last 3 months. 5) No serious complications: no serious heart, liver or kidney diseases. 6) No mental illness: no mental illness or cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Ear diseases: ear infections, deformities and other conditions that are not suitable for auricular pressure beans. 2) Hearing impairment: hearing problems that affect music therapy. 3) Other serious diseases: such as malignant tumours, serious cardiovascular diseases, etc. (3) Withdrawal Criteria: 1)Adverse reactions: serious adverse reactions. (2) Poor compliance: failure to follow the programme of treatment. (3) Active withdrawal: patients request to withdraw from the study. (iv) Loss of follow-up: unable to continue follow-up.
