Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 120 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia and used intravenous analgesia pumps in our hospital were selected for the trial. There were 30 patients in the control group (normal postoperative patients without intervention) 30 patients in the Early observation group (treated with Wu Zhu Yu traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with ear acupuncture after surgery) 30 patients in the routine control group (treated with routine muscle injection of metoclopramide) and 30 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine observation group (treated with Wu Zhu Yu traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with ear acupuncture immediately when nausea and vomiting occur). They were randomly assigned. There were no significant differences in age gender disease duration and disease type among the four groups which were comparable. All patients underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia and used intravenous analgesia pumps and voluntarily accepted treatment with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not meeting the above standards; Patients and their families who are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment; Patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate with surgery; Patients with surgical contraindications in clinical evaluation.
