Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: The diagnosis is acute ischemic stroke 2: Bilateral temporal bone window is good 3: Patients or their clients voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who have undergone endovascular therapy or surgery 2: Patients with disturbance of consciousness or agitation who are unable to cooperate with the evaluation of cerebral autoregulation 3: Patients with atrial fibrillation myocardial infarction unstable angina pectoris 4: Patients with severe arrhythmia (ECG diagnosis of frequent ventricular or supraventricular arrhythmia) hyperthyroidism severe anemia blood pressure instability and other effects on systemic hemodynamics 5: Patients with moyamoya disease aortoarteritis vascular amyloidosis vascular malformation dissection aneurysm and other vascular abnormalities 6: Patients who are participating in other clinical studies 7: Patients who are unable to understand or comply with research procedures due to mental disorders cognitive or emotional disorders 8: Patients with adverse reactions such as fainting needles after previous acupuncture treatment 9: Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers
