Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as primary PD accompanied by chronic pain related to PD; 2. The severity of the disease is at level 1 to 4; 3. Age =40 years old and =80 years old gender not limited; 4. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for pain > 3 points; 5. For patients currently receiving Western medicine treatment for anti-PD it is required that the medication be relatively stable for at least one month and there are no plans to change the type or dosage of the drug within the next four weeks. 6. A score of =21 in the Changsha version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and the ability to fill out the scale independently or with the assistance of a researcher; 7. Understand and agree to voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome caused by cerebrovascular diseases encephalitis brain trauma brain tumors hydrocephalus poisoning drugs etc. or Parkinson's superimposed syndrome such as multiple system atrophy progressive supranuclear palsy corticobasal ganglia degeneration etc. 2. Suffering from other diseases that significantly cause pain such as rheumatoid arthritis gout trauma and surgery etc. 3. Allergic to the drugs used in this study or there is skin ulceration at the application site; 4. Have serious internal diseases of the heart liver lungs kidneys etc. or malignant tumors; 5. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score is =25 points or the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score is =22 points indicating severe depression or anxiety; 6. Have participated in or are currently undergoing other interventional clinical trials within one month.
