40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: VaP-MCI patients: (1) Aged 40-80 years and regardless of gender; (2) Meets VaP diagnostic criteria; (3) 20 points<MMSE score = 24 points; (4) 20 points<MoCA scale = 26 points; (5) Right-handed hand; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Healthy participants: (1) Aged 40-80 years and regardless of gender; (2) Can provide a 6-month health examination report; (3) Right-handed hand; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: VaP-MCI patients: (1) Cognitive impairment present before the diagnosis of VaP; (2) Comorbid central nervous system diseases; (3) History of brain surgery; (4) Suicidal tendencies severe schizophrenia or history of antipsychotic medication use; (5) Severe organic diseases or other conditions affecting cognitive function assessment; (6) Contraindications to MRI scanning or inability to cooperate with the examination due to other reasons; (7) Past or current use of medications affecting cognitive function. Healthy participants: (1) History of brain surgery; (2) Comorbid central nervous system diseases; (3) Suicidal tendencies severe schizophrenia or history of antipsychotic medication use; (4) Past or current use of medications affecting cognitive function; (5) Contraindications to MRI scanning or inability to cooperate with the examination due to other reasons.
