Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 60 years and above;2: Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment;3: No known major cerebrovascular disease dementia or other pathological cognitive impairments;4: No acute functional psychiatric disorders (including schizophrenia or bipolar disorder;5: Volunteers who willingly participate and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with congenital intellectual disabilities a family history of dementia or those diagnosed with dementia mental illness or other medical or psychological conditions that may cause brain dysfunction. 2: Patients with severe physical illnesses such as severe heart disease kidney failure or other chronic diseases that may affect cognitive function. 3: Patients with a history of alcohol abuse drug addiction long-term use of glucocorticoids antipsychotic drugs sedative-hypnotic drugs or other medications that may affect cognitive function. 4: Patients with other neurological system diseases such as Parkinson's disease stroke and other neurological disorders. 5: Patients with communication or language barriers that affect cognitive function assessment such as severe speech vision or hearing impairments. 6: Patients with allergies to needles or alcohol. 7: Patients who are positive for syphilis or HIV.
