18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of MPDSD (MPDSD was defined by using Mobile Phone Dependence Scale MPAST Sleep Quality Inventory PSQI and as the diagnostic criteria if both were satisfied); 2) Age appropriate (15-25 years old); 3) Stable medical condition; and 4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) bad life habits; 2) respiratory diseases oral and perioral diseases etc.; 3) use of antibiotics and other drugs in recent times.
