Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those meeting all of the following conditions are included cases: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for the acute stage of stroke; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (3) Initial onset, aged 35 to 75 years old, within 72 hours of onset; (4) NIHSS score =6 points and =22 points (see Appendix 1); (5) Voluntary participation: The patient themselves or their authorized representative sign the informed consent form on their behalf. (6) Those who have the ability to comply throughout the entire research process;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Cases are excluded in any of the following circumstances: (1) There are serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases, as well as immune deficiency diseases. (2) Digestive tract disorders, such as hemorrhoids, anal fistula, anal sphincter relaxation, rectal cancer, intestinal necrosis or perforation, etc. (3) Patients who had pulmonary infection or had been using anti-infective drugs before the onset of stroke; (4) Patients with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung tumors, non-infectious interstitial lung diseases, pulmonary edema and other lung diseases; (5) Patients who are receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy, or are currently undergoing treatment with immunosuppressant drugs; (6) Pregnant and lactating women, and those with allergic constitutions.
