Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteomyelitis in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine have undergone surgical treatment and have completed preoperative examinations. 2) Age standard: Applicants must be over 18 years old. 3) Case data standards: The case data should be complete and the disease course should all be more than half a year. 4) Emotional state criteria: After undergoing osteomyelitis surgery negative emotions such as anxiety and depression were evaluated. 5) Cognitive and cooperation criteria: Those with normal cognitive abilities and the ability to cooperate in completing the treatment. 6) Informed consent standard: Informed consent and voluntary signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as heart failure lung dysfunction diabetes etc.) or infectious diseases (such as syphilis HIV etc.). 2) Those with poor compliance or a history of mental illness who cannot cooperate. 3) Patients who have received other psychological treatments. 4) Those who are also participating in other clinical trials or are currently receiving treatments similar to those in the trials.
