Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conform to the diagnostic criteria of cervical radiculopathy 2.The age range was 18-70 years old. Conscious and able to communicate normally. 3.Neck and shoulder pain accompanied by upper extremity numbness lasting for three months or longer. 4. Patients with a VAS score of =3 and <8 at enrollment. 5. No history of acupuncture treatment for cervical spondylosis within the past 14 days. 6. Voluntarily provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Failure to meet the inclusion criteria; 2) Patients with comorbidities including malignancies severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases or hepatic/renal dysfunction deemed by investigators to be ineligible; 3) Diagnosed with cervical vertebral fractures dislocations neoplasms tuberculous arthritis or spinal fusion; 4) Patients with severe psychiatric disorders cognitive impairments or noncompliance with therapeutic regimens; 5) Concurrent conditions potentially causing upper limb symptoms: - Thoracic outlet syndrome - Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) - Carpal/ulnar tunnel syndromes - Adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) - Bicipital tendinitis - Ulnar neuritis - Syringomyelia - Diabetic peripheral neuropathy - Stroke-related neuropathies; 6) Pregnancy or lactation; 7) Receiving acupuncture for cervical spondylosis within the preceding 30 days; 8) Hypersensitivity to celecoxib.
