Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18 = age = 80; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria for grades I-III in acute gastrointestinal injuries (2012 European Society for Intensive Care Medicine); 3) cooperate with the operation have a high degree of compliance and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women those who have a request for childbirth in the last six months; 2) Patients with advanced malignant tumors and a significantly shorter life expectancy; 3) Patients who are unable to administer standard therapeutic drugs via the intestinal tract; e.g. those with severe digestive diseases (e.g. acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage post-abdominal major surgery mechanical intestinal obstruction etc.) 4) Patients with skin damage at the site of the needle puncture which makes the procedure unsuitable for the patients; 5) Patients who are taking part in otherclinical trials.
