20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS overweight/obesity and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis simultaneously; (2) Age between 20 and 40 years old (inclusive); (3) Not pregnant or lactating; (4) Have not received acupuncture or pharmacological treatment within 3 months before enrollment in the study; (5) Not participating in any other ongoing clinical studies; (6) The patient has signed the informed consent form and voluntarily agrees to participate in this study. Note: Only patients who meet all six criteria above are eligible for inclusion in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for this trial; (2) Ultrasound examination indicates endometrial abnormalities uterine malformations uterine fibroids or adnexal masses; (3) Has gynecological malformations, congenital gonadal dysgenesis, bilateral tubal obstruction, or other organic diseases; (4) Has severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal gastrointestinal, or hematopoietic system, or is a patient with psychiatric disorders; (5) Has a tendency to bleed or is prone to infections, or has arrhythmias, a pacemaker, severe allergic diseases, or skin conditions such as ulcers or scars that contraindicate acupuncture. Note: Patients who meet any of the above criteria should be excluded.
