Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the chronic pain diagnostic criteria of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) with a Visual Analog Score (VAS) of = 3 points. (2) The patient's age is = 18 years old and = 75 years old. (3) Willing to comply with experimental regulations. (4) A hospitalized patient with clear consciousness able to accurately answer questions fluent language expression no hearing impairment and no professional music background. (5) Informed consent all agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive stereoscopic vision and hearing impairments. (2) Suffering from epilepsy dementia migraine or other neurological disorders. (3) Injury to the eyes face or neck accompanied by symptoms such as nausea or dizziness. (4) Merge patients with important organ dysfunction and mental illness. (5) Currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period.
