Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors by histological or cytopathological examination; 2. According to the "Neurology · Neurotoxicosis and Metabolic Diseases of the Nervous System" published by People's Military Medical Press in 2002, the patients had the main characteristics of CIPN symptoms, and had 1-3 CIPN symptoms after chemotherapy (assessed by NCI-CATAE 5.0 scale); 3. Have finished the first cycle of chemotherapy and are receiving the second or more cycles of chemotherapy; 4. KPS>= 60 points; 5.18 years < age <80 years; 6. The patient can actively cooperate with the intervention treatment, and the unconscious disorder can complete the questionnaire and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous neurological disease, diabetes and other diseases or conditions that can lead to peripheral neuropathy and similar symptoms; 2. Patients who had received scraping treatment within one week before enrollment; 3. Those who are receiving other medications that may cause neurotoxicity; 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 5. People with mental illness or participating in other clinical trials; 6. Complicated with serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 7. Abnormal bleeding and coagulation function; 8. Local skin inflammation, scars, damage; 9. Allergic to paraffin oil; 10. Contraindications of other scraping techniques.
