Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for peripheral facial paralysis and the duration of the disease is between 16 days and 3 months. 2) Be older than 18 years old. 3) Have paralysis of the facial muscles on one side. 4) Receive treatment according to the design of this project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Do not meet the above inclusion criteria for cases. 2) Exclude peripheral facial paralysis complicated by otitis media mastoiditis parotitis etc. through facial nerve magnetic resonance imaging; exclude peripheral facial paralysis caused by posterior fossa lesions such as acoustic neuroma basilar meningitis intracranial metastasis of cancer multiple sclerosis etc.; exclude traumatic peripheral facial paralysis; exclude central peripheral facial paralysis. 3) Pregnant women and lactating women. 4) Combine with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases diseases of the liver kidney lung and hematopoietic system as well as mental diseases. 5) Those who do not adhere to the treatment.
