Control Group:Maintain regular school life without any exercise or psychological intervention, and only complete assessment questionnaires periodically as the basis for evaluation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 15–18 years; physically and mentally healthy with no major psychological disorders or exercise contraindications; have not participated in similar physical-psychological intervention programs in the past three months; voluntarily agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or other exercise contraindications; history of drug dependence or use of psychoactive substances; unable to ensure consistent participation during the intervention period; individuals who withdraw before or during the experiment.
