Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–65 years with a BMI of 18.5–27.9 kg/m² and eligible for ERCP (endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography); (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Class I to III; (3) No history of drug allergies or contraindications to related medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative cognitive impairment or abnormal scores on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE <24) or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA <26); (2) Significant impairment of cardiac pulmonary hepatic or renal function; (3) History of traumatic brain injury neurological disorders or alcohol abuse; (4) Inability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers or cooperate in completing cognitive function assessments.
