Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age greater than 18 years old 2: Meet the diagnostic criteria for lung stomach liver colorectal or breast cancer (refer to the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Guidelines for Oncology Diagnosis and Treatment) 3: Meet the diagnostic criteria for sleep disorders (refer to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (3rd edition)) 4: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) total score =11 5: Insomnia Severity Inventory (ISI) score =8 6: Diagnosed as Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency or Peaceful Quality by 2 senior Chinese medicine practitioners. 7: No acute or chronic inflammatory oral diseases no serious damage to heart liver kidney or hematopoietic system. 8: ECOG score 0-3 or KPS score >50. 9: No antibiotic use in the last month 10: Voluntary enrollment in the study understanding of the study requirements signing of the informed consent form and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Presence of other medical conditions (e.g. cancer pain obstructive central sleep apnea syndrome circadian rhythm sleep disorder narcolepsy sleepwalking sleep-related breathing disorders restless legs syndrome etc.) that may lead to sleep disorders. 2: Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease or other underlying medical conditions that cannot be controlled as determined by the investigator. 3: People with dementia or mental illnesses who are unable to express their wishes properly 4: Women during pregnancy breastfeeding and pediatric patients 5: Bacterial fungal viral mycoplasma chlamydia and other infectious diseases in the active stage 6: Those who are seriously missing information on general information and the four diagnostic information of Chinese medicine 7: Other investigators believe that the subject is unable to complete or comply with the requirements of the study.
