Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meeting diagnostic standards for lateral epicondylitis: Tenderness at the origin of wrist extensor tendons on the lateral epicondyle; Positive Thomsen test; Positive Mills test; Exclusion of pathologies unrelated to the extensor tendon origin 2) Aged 18-65 years (inclusive) 3) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent 4) Good treatment compliance: Clear consciousness; Ability to accurately assess pain levels 5) No relevant treatments received within 3 months prior to enrollment 6) Discontinuation of all medications related to the condition
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with elbow pain secondary to other pathologies (e.g. trauma fracture bursitis rheumatoid or osteoarthritis); 2) Patients with diabetes mellitus dermatological disorders of the elbow/forearm or coagulation dysfunction; 3) Pregnant women; 4) Patients with severe systemic diseases multiple organ dysfunction or unstable psychiatric conditions; 5) Patients with metallic implants in the forearm or elbow region; 6) Current or recent (within 6 months) participation in other clinical trials.
