Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.CT examination was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation Fielding and Hawkins type I and II. 2. Age 4-16 years old with gender unlimited; 3. The duration of the disease is less than 3 days; 4. Voluntarily participate in this experiment the guardian signs the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined atlantoaxial dislocation or axial fracture was excluded after orthopaedic specialist physical examination and corresponding examination; 2. Atlantoaxial rotatory subluxation Fielding and Hawkins types III and IV; 3. Patients with more than 3 days of disease and poor effect of manipulation; 4. The patient is over 16 years old; 5. Cases caused by trauma tumor or fracture; 6. Other autoimmune diseases allergic diseases acute and chronic infections; 7. Those who do not want to join this experiment; 8. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 9. Other circumstances in which the investigator considers it inappropriate to participate in the study
