Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for CLF. 2) Age 18-75 years old. 3)Gender is not limited. 4)Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Acute liver failure subacute liver failure. 2)CLF not caused by HBV infection. 3)Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4)Primary liver cancer 5) Combination of other serious systemic diseases such as malignant tumour etc. suffering from mental illness. 6)Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive; 7) Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 8)The enrolment has been combined with cerebral oedema serious infection type I hepatorenal syndrome and gastrointestinal haemorrhage and so on.
