Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for ZAP and have a disease course of 1 month; (2) The baseline score of local pain conditions is greater than or equal to 4 points but no more than 7 points; (3) Age 18-85 years old (including the end value) gender is not limited; (4) clear consciousness pain perception and discrimination ability no basic communication barriers; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) herpes zoster combined with trunk or limbs or other special types of herpes zoster such as meningozoster visceral zoster; (3) pregnant and lactating patients; (4) Patients allergic to pregabalin or acupuncture stimulation; (5) Patients with severe organ damage or cognitive dysfunction mental disorder aphasia or other major diseases unable to cooperate with treatment; (6) combined with other serious skin diseases; (7) Patients with cardiac pacemakers; (8) Within the last 3 months or currently participating in other clinical investigators.
