Pre-type 2 diabetes

Interventions

Intervention group:First, receive 3 months of corn silk adjuvant therapy, with an interval of 1 month in between, and then receive 3 months of routine diabetes treatment by clinical experts.
Control group:Three months of pre-diabetic lifestyle intervention by clinical experts were received first followed by three months of corn whisker assisted treatment at an interval of one month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fasting blood glucose (FPG) 6.1-6.9 mmol/L or 2 hours postprandial blood glucose (2h-PBG) 7.8-11.0 mmol/L or HBA1c 5.7-6.4%; Age 18-65 years (inclusive); Body mass index (BMI) between 19-35 kg/m²; Try to keep diet exercise medication and other habits stable during the experiment. Voluntarily sign informed consent and be able to cooperate with the follow-up within the study cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Weight stable Weight gain or weight loss < 5kg in the past 3 months; Serious organic or metabolic diseases (including serious liver and kidney diseases such as malignant tumors cirrhosis or kidney failure); Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (heart failure myocardial infarction cerebral hemorrhage stroke etc. within half a year); Infectious diseases; Mental illness; Heavy drinking (=3 drinks per day =21 drinks per week); Medications that may affect the intestinal flora (such as antibiotics medications for intestinal diseases etc.) were taken 1 month before enrollment.
