18 Years to 27 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male; Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score = 50 but not at an intolerable level; BMI: = 17.8 = 27.9; no physical conditions such as hypertension coronary heart disease or hyperthyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Voluntary withdrawal from the trial; failure to complete the entire trial; anxiety at an intolerable level.
